The Bakehouse is the breakfast place dreams are made of. With thick toast and proper sausages, Michael and the team ensure that your brekkie hits the spot—especially under Tom’s attentive watch. It’s a cozy spot that seems to season its food with a sprinkle of charm and a dash of nostalgia. You can even book ahead to avoid the Saturday morning scrambles, but luck was on Michael’s side that day.
Caz and the crew rave about the welcoming atmosphere and tasty offerings that make each visit a joy. And if you're gluten-free, Jennie found a lovely cream tea that’ll make your holiday in Devon feel like a treat. Just watch out for the odd grumpy staff member; one person didn’t get that warm fuzzy feeling upon arrival. But hey, no one’s perfect.
