Tortilla is the type of place where you go when you need a burrito fix and can’t be bothered to think too hard about food choices. The hygiene is spot on, and you can always count on decent fast food—but let’s face it, the food doesn’t always hit the mark. The large burrito is a classic choice, and sure, the service can be quick, but if you get the unlucky batch like some did, you might end up with charred peppers and soggy rice.

On the plus side, the staff can be friendly, and some of them, like Cait, seem to have superhero-level problem-solving skills. But when everything comes together, it’s a decent meal that works in a pinch. Just remember: the quality can be a bit of a lottery.
