Great food, but the kitchen's had some "notes" from the inspector. Worth it? Probably. Pack Imodium just in case.
Salvis is a bit of a mixed bag. You’ve got mouthwatering gnocchi and veggie pizza that’ll make you want to hug your plate, but be prepared for some rather blunt service from the older staff. On the bright side, the younger crew, especially Sabrina, will shower you with friendliness and even throw in a complimentary tiramisu if it’s your birthday.
The atmosphere can swing from festive to awkward pretty quickly, especially if you find yourself waiting ages for a drink. If you can navigate the service hiccups, the food can really shine, but it might feel like a gamble with every visit.
