Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
PLT Cafe is where you go to feel like you're on a bad date with a great concept. Hygiene? 5/5. Food? More like food for thought—like why you even walked in. Despite a glowing review from Natalia Lesiak about the event she attended, the feedback from others is a train wreck. Amy Jones and her quest for customer service was an epic fail, indicating that PLT is more of an online brand than a reliable café.
It’s a shame because the vibe seems promising, but bad customer service isn’t just a minor hiccup; it’s a full-blown disaster. You might leave with a cool jacket but also a headache from dealing with the chaos. So if you’re feeling brave, give it a shot, but don’t say we didn’t warn you. ⚠️
