McDonald's at Loft Ltd is basically the same story as all the others—hygiene is solid, but the food and service can be a gamble. It seems to be a bit better than the average Maccies in the area, but that’s not exactly a high bar. The fries may be warm, but the service can be as cold as leftover nuggets. Some folks sing their praises, while others are left wondering if they accidentally walked into a fast food horror show.
You might catch a decent meal if you get lucky, but if you're unlucky, prepare for old, cardboard-like chips and a menu that seems to be handled by people who need a refresher course on customer service. It’s what you’d expect from a fast food joint—with all the charm of a two-star hotel.
