The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Sapporo Teppanyaki is bringing that dinner-and-a-show vibe, and it looks like the chefs know how to keep it entertaining. Stefanos had a blast with the Emperor Tasting Menu—plenty of food for days, plus the chef’s antics had everyone laughing. N and Richard also vibed with the culinary performance, which was like a cooking masterclass. But let’s not ignore the elephant (or smoke) in the room: some folks found it a bit pungent in there.
Overall, if you’re looking for a fun night out with massive portions, Sapporo is your jam. Just be prepared for the cooking fumes and the odd “okay-ish” dish if you don’t stick to the crowd-pleasers.
