Cote Bistro is cozy and consistent, like that friend who always shows up on time. The food is solid, and the service is friendly but can be a bit hit or miss — just ask Ana-Maria Ungureanu, who had a great romantic dinner but couldn’t shake the feeling that things could have been a bit smoother. Rachel Doxey loved the warm welcome on NYE, and it’s clear that repeat visitors know what they’re getting into.
