The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Lin's Sushi is a hit-or-miss sushi joint that somehow keeps its head above water despite the hygiene hiccups. The ramen is a standout, especially if you're feeling chilly, and the spicy dragon sushi is a fan favorite. But be warned, when the hygiene rating is hanging at a 3, you might be rolling the dice with your dinner. If you can overlook the cleanliness concerns, you'll find some tasty dishes and decent prices. Just maybe don’t look too closely at the kitchen.
