The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
The Esther Simpson Cafe is where you come for coffee and end up questioning your life choices. With a 5/5 hygiene rating, you’d think they’d master the basics, but it’s a mixed bag. Ian Turvey enjoyed his quiet coffee, while Anastasia Cowley found the burnt coffee experience to be frankly awful. It’s a beautiful sitting area, but when the coffee is bad enough to make you cringe, it puts a damper on the whole vibe.
This place could be a hidden oasis, but a couple of dodgy brews could make you think twice. If you’re looking to chill before a meeting, you might be okay—but don’t say I didn’t warn you about the potential for tragic coffee.
