The Alchemist is all about theatrics and cocktails that could make a magician blush. You might be impressed with the drinks, but don’t let the flair distract you from the fact that the food can be more miss than hit. The atmosphere is buzzing, and the team seems to work hard to keep the energy up. Some guests have had great experiences with the staff, while others left feeling like they overpaid for a cocktail that tasted like regret.
