Jays Desserts is a sweet little stop where the desserts are as charming as the service—if you can get it right. Murtaza and Grace are all about the quick service and delicious waffles, but let’s not ignore the darker side. Some customers have left feeling neglected and received cold items, which leaves a bittersweet taste in the mouth. Alisha seems to be the star of the show when it comes to service, but if you get someone else, it’s like flipping a coin.
