Coffee Rand is the café equivalent of a bad romance—plenty of promise but ultimately disappointing. Sure, folks are raving about the coffee and the cute decor, but the hygiene is an absolute disaster. One star from Oliver Whitaker for service that felt like an inconvenience, and the cold brew stored in plastic bottles hits the palate like a punch to the gut. It’s a wonder how this place is still standing with such a low hygiene rating.
Despite the raving reviews, the one glaring issue is the dirtiness that overshadows everything good about the coffee. With some serious cleaning and customer service overhaul, this place could go from a hot mess to a hidden gem—but for now, it’s a hard pass.
