Great food, but the kitchen's had some "notes" from the inspector. Worth it? Probably. Pack Imodium just in case.
Cafe Nicole's is that little spot that feels like home, at least for those who donβt mind a little chaos with their coffee. Michael Dean shows up for a late lunch and finds it packed, which means theyβre doing something right. The staff are young and enthusiastic, making your wait totally bearable, but then there are the horror stories of dirty cutlery that would make you want to run screaming. Reece O'Neill claims it's the best thing heβs ever tasted, while Jamieβs experience suggests you might want to check your plate before diving in.
The atmosphere is lively, but cleanliness is a gamble. Itβs the kind of place where you might get a good meal or a dose of food anxiety. If you can handle a bit of risk with your eggs, you might find a new favorite, but be prepared for a potential wipe-out.
