The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Burnt Toast Cafe is a solid choice for breakfast, serving up fresh and delicious dishes that don’t skimp on portion sizes. The ackee and saltfish is a particular standout, with one fan shouting it’s 'unreal food' and 'incredibly flavourful.' The vibe is cozy, and the staff, especially the lovely Blessing, are known for their warm welcomes and attentive service. Sure, Jarek found the service a tad slow, but can you really complain when you’re digging into a plate of satisfying brunch?
With ginger tea that hits just right and a menu that has people coming back for more, this place is a definite keeper. The only downside? You might leave feeling like you've got to roll yourself out the door from sheer fullness. But hey, that's what brunch is for, right?
