ZEFI is your average dining experience that’s neither here nor there. Zornitsa Taskova raves about the lamb shank being a trip down memory lane, while the rest of the dishes hover around mediocrity. Service can be a bit quirky, with waitresses bringing the menu, food, and bill all at different times—must be a new performance art. The prices are high and portions generous, but you might feel a bit shortchanged if you order the baked potatoes.
