VQ Chelsea is the 24-hour diner that says, 'Why not have breakfast for dinner?' The vibe is casual, and the menu is packed with all-day favorites. The staff are friendly, even if the bouncers outside have their own agenda. Chaitali deserves a medal for her service, but the food can be hit or miss—especially the Mac & Cheese, which is more of a wannabe than a winner. Still, it's decent for a late-night bite.
