Embargo 59 is less of a restaurant and more of a nightclub pretending to serve food, and let’s just say the food is not the highlight. It’s clean, but the drinks are overpriced and the food seems like an afterthought. The vibe can be fun for a night out, but if you’re actually hungry, you might want to consider a pre-game meal somewhere else.
While the staff are friendly and the ambiance can be lively, don’t expect culinary miracles here. It’s geared more towards the party crowd than foodies. If you’re after a place to celebrate with friends and a few cocktails, Embargo will do the job. Just don’t expect to leave full or impressed.
