Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Cinquecento is like that restaurant that tells everyone it’s the best pizza in London, but when you arrive, it’s more like an awkward family reunion—nice enough but a bit cramped. This spot is all about the pizza, and the locals know it. The Sicily pizza and goat cheese salad are where it's at, but the waiting game for a table is a bit of a letdown. The ambiance is cozy, but it feels like they just crammed too many tables into one room.
The garlic butter? Excellent. But then you have folks like Dana who had an absolute disaster with delivery—burnt pizza that should have never left the kitchen. So if you’re planning to swing by, just know that you might need to queue, but the food’s good enough to make it worth it—most of the time. It’s a casual place that’s great for regular pizza nights, but I wouldn’t plan your Italian wedding here.
"Specializing in some varied and exceptionally flavourful pizza dishes which are the stars of the show."
"The best pizza in London - will be going back for sure!"
"The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious."
