The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Tonkotsu is where ramen dreams come true, or at least that's how it feels when Ahmed and Raj serve you. Rose Ilunga was blown away by the friendly service, and Martyn Pugh wasn’t wrong about the Tokyo ramen; light broth, excellent noodles, and pork that doesn’t mess around. Even Jim Shelley, the British dude from Bangkok, found the ramen to be top-notch, and that's saying something. The atmosphere is chill, and it’s the perfect place to slurp up some noodles before a show. Just be ready to fork out a bit more than your average noodle shack, as prices might leave you feeling a bit light in the wallet.
