Salut! in Islington is the kind of place that could turn your average night out into a mini-celebration. Bryony raved about hosting her Christmas party there, and with impeccable service and delicious food, who could blame her? The owners clearly care about their craft, and you can taste it in the dishes. The duck leg and sirloin were standout choices for many, but watch out for the odd overcooked steak—Dikran wasn't impressed with his beef fillet. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff's warmth makes it feel like home, but some folks have found the food a bit hit or miss. Still, if you're looking for a safe place for a bite, you can't go wrong here.
