The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Monohon Ramen is the little ramen shop that could. The Shouyu Tonkotsu Ramen is a comforting hug in a bowl, complete with all the extras you could want. The vibe is chill, perfect for slurping noodles in your dreams of Japan. But be warned: this isn't a cheap eat—£41 for two bowls will have you questioning your life choices, especially when you realize the chashu isn't winning any awards.
Despite some minor hiccups, like the broth getting a tad salty, the overall experience is top-notch. If you’re craving authentic ramen, this is your haven. Just be ready to pay a bit more for the experience.
