Tier Achieved:
Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Dzo Viet Kitchen is where Vietnamese cuisine meets creativity. Giap Nguyen claims itβs in his top three Vietnamese spots in London, and the crab and duck dishes are getting plenty of love. Aaron O'Hara wasnβt complaining about the seabass either, calling it light and crispy with a sauce that hits just right. The iced coffee is a must-try, especially the coconut version, which Anna says is out of this world. Plus, the attentive staff add to the experience, making it a joy to dine here.
But like any restaurant, there are small hiccups. Philip mentioned a bit too much dill on his seabass, but overall, this kitchen seems to churn out more hits than misses. If youβre looking for authentic Vietnamese flavors with a twist, Dzo is a solid pick.
