Costa Coffee at EC1M is like that one friend who’s always there but never really shines. You know what to expect with their hot drinks and snacks, but there’s a reason this place is just a 'meh' experience. Natasha enjoyed her vegan toast, but then again, it’s hard to mess that up. Jey was treated to a friendly manager, but that friendliness didn’t save the day for everyone—just ask Zenith, who got an earful from a staffer about water swaps while everyone stared in disbelief.

The atmosphere is more drab than fab, with dirty tables lurking even at off-peak times. It’s a decent spot for a quick caffeine fix, but with complaints about rude staff and the absence of some advertised drinks, it’s basically a caffeine pit stop rather than a coffee haven. Come for the coffee, stay for the awkward encounters.
