Piano Restaurant is like that acquaintance you think will impress you but ends up underwhelming. Natasha and Hamed were thrilled with the staff making a fuss over their celebrations, but Morteza felt ripped off after dropping a hefty £396 with poor service. On the other hand, Ajay found the waitstaff friendly and helpful, but the cocktails were lacking.
Sure, a few people had a decent time, but others like Preye were left scratching their heads over the limited drink options. The ambiance shines, but the food left much to be desired. If you’re throwing a birthday bash, you might get lucky, but it seems like a gamble.
