π Tiffin Walla, 36 London Road, Blackwater, GU17 9AA
Tier Achieved:
For the mildly adventurous. Non-zero chance of the π©s.
Great food, but the kitchen's had some "notes" from the inspector. Worth it? Probably. Pack Imodium just in case.
Tiffin Wala is a hidden treasure if youβre brave enough to roll the dice on hygiene. Itβs the kind of place where you might find a brilliant dish or a flop; it feels like culinary roulette. The chole bhature was once a star player, but it seems like itβs taken a turn for the bland lately. Quality control might be in question, but if you get it on a good day, you could strike gold with the masala or biryani. Just be prepared for some inconsistency.
The ambiance is casual, and the prices are reasonable, making it a decent hangout if youβre with friends looking for a laid-back meal. But if you're picky about your food hygiene, you might want to think twice before diving in. Itβs an adventure for sure, just be aware that not every dish will leave you singing praises.
"Good authentic Indian food and joyful times to be enjoyed by all."
"Chole bhature has completely changed and tastes nothing like it used to."
"Service was top notch."
