The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
YMCA London City and North is part gym, part community hub, and all about the good vibes. I S pointed out that while the gym might be a bit grubby, the staff make it feel like home, especially Paul the manager who seems to keep everyone’s spirits high. The classes are top-notch, and the community feel is what brings people back.
But, let’s face it, if you’re looking for luxury, keep walking. The gym and changing rooms could definitely do with a makeover, but if you want a no-fuss place to work out and socialize, this might be it. Just remember, it’s a bit rough around the edges, but the sense of community is what makes it special. 💪
