Welcome to Pret A Manger, where the coffee shop vibe is bright and the menu is safe—like, I wouldn’t bet my life savings on it, but you won’t die of food poisoning either. With a 5-star hygiene rating, you can at least assure your stomach that you're not rolling the dice on hygiene. Tom found the atmosphere welcoming and the coffee palatable, while Andreea Gherghiniș and Jocelyn Adlao-Keehn were all about the friendly team and fresh bites. Sounds promising so far, right?
But hold up—there’s always a catch. Miski the hibaji lady might steal the show with her charm, but not everyone’s experience has been sunshine and rainbows. Melek Feyiz gave a stark contrast with a 1-star horror story about rude service. So, while it’s a cozy chain option with decent coffee, be prepared: it might just be you against the whims of the staff. Fingers crossed for smiles next time.
