Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Golden Buffet Chinese Restaurant hits that middle-of-the-road vibe. The food has its fans, with folks like Kelyan swearing by the well-seasoned options, and Ro praising the helpful lady at the front. But don’t get too comfy; Jackie and Emily had a very different experience, noting a glaring lack of variety and unappetizing desserts. Mauricio had a bit of a meltdown over the payment policies, meanwhile G.A. Owoh felt bullied by the staff. So, it’s a buffet where the good bits are overshadowed by some serious service issues.
If you fancy a casual eat on a budget without much fuss, you might give it a whirl. Just don’t expect the culinary fireworks you’d hope for at a buffet, or you might end up feeling like you’ve been served a plate of disappointment.
"The lady at the front was so helpful and nice."
"The food is always well seasoned and fresh."
"Minus one star because they do not take contactless payment."
