Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Ah, Costa Coffee, the place where coffee dreams go to die. Sure, the hygiene is spotless, but the coffee experience? Not so much. You’ll find yourself dodging the food ordering machine at the entrance like it's a landmine, while you're left standing at the counter praying your coffee isn't a mirage. Staff like Asiya seem more interested in chitchat than serving, making for a game of 'how long can I wait?' on a typical visit.
Despite some friendly staff, the food selection is about as exciting as a beige wall. And if you think the Jamaican ginger loaf will save the day, think again. It’s rock hard enough to double as a doorstop. So, if you need a caffeine fix, go ahead, but don’t expect a warm welcome from anything other than the occasional friendly smile. Just don’t expect to leave without some kind of disappointment—unfortunately, it’s part of the charm here.
"The employees are wonderful, friendly and take care with their clients."
"Worst place for coffee."
"The staff are friendly and they have a onsite toilet."
