Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Brown Eagle is an experience that feels more like a gamble than a meal. The food can be hit or miss, and after 7 years of fanfare, it seems a makeover hasnβt quite spiced things up in the kitchen. Mila M canβt stop raving about the beautiful food, but others like Nastrah Carr and Lauren B were left with the taste of disappointment, questioning if the 'Caribbean' in the name is just a marketing ploy. The chicken might be dry enough to serve as a desiccant.
Itβs clean and tidy, but when the highlight of the meal is the complimentary coleslaw, you know thereβs trouble brewing. Customer service is about as reliable as the weather; the staff can be friendly or completely MIA. You might roll the dice for nostalgic Caribbean dishes, or you might wish you had just ordered a pizza instead. Enter with low expectations and you might just leave with a smileβor a bellyache.
"The food was always beautiful!!!"
"Customer service not brilliant, but it was ok."
"Food is brilliant. Canβt knock it."
