Cocos At 56 is a breakfast haven that’s got it all: delicious hot chocolate slathered with cream and marshmallows, and breakfast rolls that could probably feed a small army. Chloe Betts called it lovely, and honestly, who wouldn’t agree? The coffee is top-notch, thanks to St Martin’s beans, as Rebecca Partridge aptly put it. But don’t go expecting a novel for a menu – it’s refreshingly limited, which is a win in my book.
The atmosphere is as cozy as a hug from your grandma – dogs are welcome, and the staff, led by the ever-charming Cody, go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Richard Palmer raves about the bacon & egg cob being literally perfect, while Lucia Poli is obsessed with the sausage sandwiches. Seriously, if you don’t leave with a happy belly, you might just be a robot. Get yourself there ASAP. 🌟
