Popes Eye Steak House is where meat lovers go to indulge. The Highland fillet? Absolutely spot on, and don’t even get me started on the chips—crispy perfection. It’s a family-run joint with a rustic vibe that makes you feel right at home, if your home is a steak paradise. The service is as warm as the food, and they actually care about your experience.
However, I did notice that some steaks missed the mark on juiciness, and a side salad should have come with my meal. But if you’re in the area and craving a solid steak, this place hits the sweet spot. Just don’t expect any frills—just good food and great company. 🍽️
