Mandaloun is like the kid who tries really hard in school but still turns in half-finished homework. The hygiene is on point, which is great, but the Google reviews tell a story of mediocrity. The food’s hit or miss—some feel it’s authentically fantastic, while others think it’s a watered-down version of what it should be. Jon raved about the two-course lunch, while Patrick had a tough time with misleading menu advertising.
Service seems to be a gamble, with some staff shining bright like a diamond while others might as well be phoning it in. If you find yourself in the area, it might be worth a pit stop, but keep your expectations in check. 🍽️🙄
