The coffee's great, the milkshakes are a hit, and the hot chocolates are dangerously good. But don’t let those five-star hygiene ratings fool you. One reviewer found mouse droppings and that’s a hard pass for me. While the coffee and ambiance might be nice, cleanliness is next to godliness, and it seems like hygiene could be a big issue.
