Springfield Park Cafe tries hard to be a peaceful retreat with its beautiful views and serene atmosphere, but it feels a bit like a sitcom where the punchlines fell flat. While the grilled breakfast received a shoutout for being 'beautiful,' the same can’t be said for the chicken salad, which one reviewer described as 'very hard and overdone.' The veggie breakfast, however, seems to have saved the day for at least one lucky friend. With a 5-star hygiene rating, you won't catch anything nasty here, but don't expect your taste buds to throw a party either.
So, if you’re in the mood for a relaxing coffee and a pretty view, Springfield might do the trick. Just maybe skip the salad unless you want to play a game of 'guess what this was supposed to be.'
