Papos Bagels is where to go if you crave a bagel that doesn’t just fill a hole but makes you wonder why you ever settled for less. Ali Boyraz rates it a 9/10, loving the custom onion bagel with chive cream—bless up for that combo. KV experienced a proper NY-style bagel for the first time, and it sounds like it blew his mind. The outdoor seating and friendly service get a thumbs up, but it’s not a sit-down restaurant. You might have to queue, and with no indoor seating, prepare for a bit of a breeze.
