SERCO is like a functional vending machine dressed as a restaurant. Hygiene is top-notch, but the food? Let's just say it’s a bit of a mixed bag. You’ve got Andy Peace talking about how clean it is and how nice the food was, but then you’ve got a bunch of disgruntled souls calling it a shambles. Michael Yuen thinks SERCO does everything exciting in outsourcing, but I think he means the food service is about as thrilling as watching paint dry.
With a 3.4-star Google rating, it’s like the awkward middle child of eateries. If you’re desperate for a meal and only care about cleanliness, swing by. But if you’re looking for a culinary adventure, you might want to keep on driving. It’s clean, yes, but it’s not winning any Michelin stars any time soon.
