Refresh Cafe tries to be a one-stop-shop for pampering and pastries, but their road to greatness is a bit rocky. J wasn’t there for the food, but she walked away feeling fabulous after a heavenly pedicure. If only the kitchen had the same touch.
While some customers are singing praises about the calm vibes and lovely staff, you’ve got Nada who walked out with a haircut that probably gave her heart palpitations. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a try for some relaxation, but maybe take your lunch elsewhere unless you like taking risks with your hair.
