Caffe Nero is your average coffee joint, but with a few friendly faces that brighten up the day. The staff are praised for their warmth, especially Kelly, who seems to be the star of the show. It’s a decent spot for a quick coffee break, with some tasty cakes to accompany your cuppa. However, it does fall a bit flat in terms of excitement, and some customers were left scratching their heads over the late opening hours.
