Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Subway is more like a fast-food roulette than a dining experience. You might hit the jackpot with a lovely breakfast sub made by the ever-cheerful Nic, or you could get a lukewarm disappointment like I did with my cold tex mex. The staff do their best; Jess and Katie are regular crowd favorites, serving up those sandwiches like pros, but the overall vibe can be a bit hit or miss.
Expect inconsistency hereβone day you might get a perfectly crafted sub with fresh bread, and on another, you might be dealing with disinterested staff who throw your meal together like itβs a game of Tetris. If youβre in need of a quick bite, this place might be your savior, just donβt expect Michelin-star quality.
"The sub was lovely, nice and hot and exactly what I asked for."
"Delighted to see Jess on duty and was mesmerised by her multitasking."
"The bread had just come out of the oven so my sandwich was even tastier than usual."
