Crooklets Beach Cafe is your classic beachside gem, with a menu that doesn’t shy away from delivering quality. The prawn sandwich is basically a seafood tower on bread, and Alison's other half is still talking about it—impressive, right? My personal fave was the chili shredded chicken smothered in Korean BBQ sauce; it was a flavor explosion. Plus, they turned around orders faster than you can say 'beach bum'—seriously, five minutes for food? Count me in.
The staff here are as friendly as a golden retriever and just as efficient. Ian made it back twice in one weekend just for a coffee and breakfast because the vibe was so good. With views that make you feel like you’re living in a postcard, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine while munching on a solid breakfast. If you find yourself in Bude, this place is a no-brainer for brunch or lunch.
