Saigon City is like that friend who promises a lot but sometimes just doesn’t deliver. The hygiene rating is mid at 3, but the food can swing from delicious to disappointing. Nathan Smith and Ben Ilić loved the flavors and the friendly service, while others have experienced some serious culinary letdowns. Molly and Andrew had their share of greasy rolls and questionable chicken—definitely not what you want to find on a plate.
You’re rolling the dice here. If you get a good meal, you’ll be singing its praises. But if you hit a bad batch, you’ll be regretting your life choices. Bottom line: it's a solid option if you're in the area, but don't go in with sky-high expectations. It exists, but it might not be your favorite.
