Welcome to Toro Chinese, the place where you can sample Sichuan cuisine alongside a side of regret. With a hygiene rating of 2, you’d better be prepared to roll the dice on your dinner decisions. SY K is all about that crab and mutton soup that you won’t find anywhere else, while Khine Wint Wah swears by the crispy chicken. But beware; not everyone is having a great time here. Pepper Salt felt ripped off by measly portions, and one brave soul called it 'expensive and rubbish.'
The service seems friendly enough, and the food arrives hot, but with complaints swirling about the food quality and portion sizes, you might want to have a backup plan. If you’re feeling lucky, give Toro a shot. Just don’t expect to walk away unscathed. 🔥
