The Cloakroom Cafe is charming and quirky, but let’s not pretend it’s without its issues. Sure, it has a history that could make for a great conversation starter (it used to be a toilet, just saying), and the coffee is nice enough, but it’s a bit hit or miss. The interior is unique, and the cakes are generally good, but some have reported a few hygiene hiccups that might make you think twice.
