RIVER STATION

River Station is that kind of place you stumble into thinking, 'This will do.' And to be fair, it mostly does. The harbourside views are lovely, making it a decent spot for a special occasion or a quiet bite before a show. Olubusayo thought the food was amazing, giving it a solid five-star, and Laily couldn’t stop praising the staff for their smooth operation during her birthday dinner. But let’s not get too carried away.

There’s a lot of talk about service being hit or miss. While some like Maryna enjoyed attentive staff, others like Katie grumbled about a New Year’s lunch that felt more like a chaotic scramble than a fine dining experience. All in all, it’s got potential, but it’s not without its quirks. Just remember, you might need to keep your expectations in check.
