Goongnoi is a Thai food joint that’s hitting all the right notes with its flavourful dishes. Young was blown away by the rich and spicy offerings, claiming it’s one of the best Thai spots around. Agata agrees, having been a loyal customer for years, and you can see why — the prawns are peeled properly, and the portions are generous. Just try the Massaman curry or the pork toast and you’ll understand why people keep coming back.
But not everything is perfect; there was a vegetarian who found a prawn in their tofu. Yikes. Just make sure to specify your dietary restrictions loud and clear. If you’re after authentic Thai without the frills, Goongnoi is a solid option. ✅
