The Whiteladies Road branch is known for its warm atmosphere and friendly staff, especially the lovely Poppy who’ll explain every dietary option to you like a pro. The coffee is decent and the food options will do, but don’t expect any Michelin star moments.

However, a few customers have noted some hygiene issues, like dirty furniture and an overly hot environment. It's a good spot to grab a quick coffee and people-watch, but maybe don't linger too long unless you’re cool with a bit of chaos.
