Cosmo Bristol is the buffet that keeps on giving—sort of. It’s got a variety of dishes that range from decent to quite good, but don’t go in expecting Michelin-star cuisine. The highlight here is really the service, with staff like Eddie and Jimar making you feel like royalty without the actual royal menu. The cocktails are a decent pick-me-up too, so maybe aim to wash down the average food with something a bit stronger. 🍹
While the food is fresh and the atmosphere is a nice buzz, it’s clear that this place thrives on quantity over quality. So if you’re celebrating something or just want to stuff yourself silly, you’ve found your place. Just don’t expect to be raving about the food after you leave. It's a buffet—a glorious, chaotic buffet.
