Chopstix Noodle Bar is the kind of place that serves Chinese fast food with a friendly vibe. Sounds good, right? Lyra’s been loyal for years, and she’s got a point—those vegetable noodles and caramel chicken are crowd-pleasers. Chris found the team to be friendly, and the place clean enough for a fast food joint, which is encouraging. But then, it all goes downhill with some serious complaints about burnt food and rude staff. Talk about a mixed bag.
