The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Cafe Bar at St Georges has the whole ‘rest and refresh’ thing down to an art. It’s got a 5/5 hygiene score and a solid 4.3 ⭐, which means it's clean and decent, but the food is a bit of a mixed bag. Christophe PFERTZEL raves about the terrace and nature around it, while Paul G’s sausage roll seems like it was fished out of a dumpster. Good coffee and nice cakes are the highlights, but you might want to stick to the simpler stuff.
In short, this place is a nice stop for a cuppa but don’t expect a culinary masterpiece. Just grab your coffee and enjoy the chirping birds. ☕🐦
